let CF=FE=EB= a units. Area of ABC = 1/2XBASEXHEIGHT = 1/2X 3aX AF square units. but considering ACF as triangle , using area formula 1/2XCFXAF =27.4 squareunits. a X AF=54.8 Square units. so, AF = 54.8/a. Substitute in the area of triangle ABC=1/2X 3a X54.8/a = 82.2 square units.
