Ratio of printers sold A : B : C 5 : 3 : - - : 4 : 3 _________ 20 : 12 : 9 Ratio of prices A : B : C 2 : 3 : 5 $120 : $180 : $300 One set of 20 printer As, 12 printer Bs and 9 printer Cs would cost = 20×$120 + 12×$180 + 9×$300 = $7260 Since $14520 ÷ $7260 = 2, two sets of printers were sold. 2 × (20 + 12 + 9) = 82 printers were sold.

If Mr Tan drove to work and walked home on two days, he would have used 3 1/2 hours × 2 = 7 hours If he had walked to work and back, he would had taken 7 hours - 40 min = 6 1/3 hours
