To give 75g more to each student, we need 1350g. So there is 1350/75 = 18 students.....

2 additional belts cost $34. So, 1 belt cost $17. So, he had 3×$17 + $21 = $72

21+13=34 (excess+shortage) 5 - 3 = 2 34 / 2 = 17 3 x 17 = 51 51 + 21 = 72 (ans)

Your child should at least let us see that she or he has attempted, if not giving an answer will not do him or her any good. No offence.

In some schools at P4 level, model drawing is not required n their teachers may teach them using algebra method.

Cost of 3 belts + $13 + $21 = cost of 5 belts. :)

2 u = 21+13

1u=44/2 =22 . 5 u = 5x 22 =110, $110 - $13 =$97

use the difference between 3 belts and 5 belts which is 2 Add both money $21 + $13 = 34 So, per belt cost $17 bought 3 belts still left $21 means: (3 X $17) + $21 = $72
