So the 54 also salah. Should be 101-38 = 63(EXT angle of triangle=sum of interior opposite angles)

Clement and David had equal no at first... Take any figure more than 39 for both at first.. Eg. Both had 50 atFirst Clement-.>50-39=11 David--> 50+39= 89 89-11= 78 Another eg Both had 100 atFirst David-.>100+39=139 Clement-.>100-39= 61 139-61 = 78 David 1u Clement 1u David -.>1u+39 Clement 1u-39 (1u+39) - (1u-39) -> 1u+39-1u+39= 78

If say 40 and 40 After giving 39 to David Clement has 1 and David has 40+39=79. So 79-1=78. Thus,78.

Note that if the question were to ask how many boys are there now... You need to add 1... Answer would then be 10 as you gave away 18pts to 9 boys (2each) and you need to count yourself in.
