120 = 12 × 10 60 = 10 × 6 72 = 12 × 6 So the dimensions are 12 cm by 10 cm by 6 cm Volume = 720 cubic cm

720 cm cube because if one side is 120= 10 x12 60= 10 x 6 72 = 12 x 6 so its 12 by 10 by 6 = 720

Drawing a diagram will help us see how the factors of the three numbers are related -- that they must share common factors because each pair of faces will share an edge.

Is this a cubic box or rectangular box? To me it is not clear

Soo Vei Li

If it is a cube, all the faces would have the same area.

(b) In 70 min, the faster machine was 70×6= 420 copies ahead which the slower machine needed 100-70= 30 min to print. Hence the slower machine printed 420÷30 = 14 copies a min. In 100 min the slower machine printed 14×100= 1400 copies, double that to a total of 2800 copies for both machines.
