In 70 min, the faster machine was 70×6= 420 copies ahead which the slower machine needed 100-70= 30 min to print. Hence the slower machine printed 420÷30 = 14 copies a min. In 100 min the slower machine printed 14×100= 1400 copies, double that to a total of 2800 copies for both machines.
