Chia-Chan Bk

If numerator is less than denominator divided by 2 , that is the answer.

Alternatively, find lcm of numerator and make all numerators the same. In this case it should be 120. Compare the denominator. The one bigger than 240 is the answer.

1.turn all denominators to 2x. Do the same to numerators. 2.see which numerators are less than 50%. 4/6,no. 10/18,no. 16/22,no. Answer: choice 2. Jedi

Express 1/2 as an equivalent fraction to each option. (1) 1.5/3 (2) 3.5/7 (3) 4.5/9 (4) 5.5/11 Then from here you can see that option 2 is less than 1/2

Just by observation of all the denominators in the options. Only option 2 has a numerator that is less than half of the denominator.

For the second one 98=area that means you must take 14×7 as 14 is twice as 7(length is twice as breadth)
