Midpoint means its half the total distance. Use the lorry's speed and time. Find distance of the whole journey (distance=speed × time), given speed is 60km/h and total time taken is twice the time taken at midpoint(2.5 hours). For the car, total time taken from town q to midpoint is 2 hours. Find the first speed. Add the first speed and second together then calculate number of hours for car to reach town p. Draw timeline and u'll be able to find out the time.
