SG chevron_right Primary 6 chevron_right Number and Algebra

Need help. Why is the answer multiply by 9 to make it common total (written in pencil) and not that originally written in red pen?

There is nothing wrong with multiplying the ratio 7 : 5 : 12 by 3 to 21 : 15 : 36
