Answer is one. Here is my logic, though not sure if it is right. Focus on the middle square which is 12. Multiplication of 2 opposite sides = 12.

I just went for the obvious. Addition of the left column is 18. Addition of the middle column is 19. So the last column should be 20. Since already has 9 (6+3), so missing number is 11?

1st: determine the shaded area between B and A. 1/3 of B is 2u. 2nd: find the unshaded in A, which is 5u-2u =3u. 3rd: determine the shaded between C and B. 3/5 of C is 2.4u. 4th: find the unshaded in C, which is 4u-2.4u = 1.6u. 5th: find the unshaded in B, which is 6u-2u-2.4u =1.6u. 6th: add shaded (2u+2.4u) : 4u and u get 11:10
