Multiples of 7 appear in the Column A of even rows. The first multiple of 7 appears in the first even row (row 2), the second multiple of 7 appears in the second even row (row 4), so and so forth.
The subsequent number after each multiple of 7 appears in the Column B of the following row.
77 , the 11th multiple of 7 appears in Column A of row 22 (11 times 2). 78 appears in Column B of row 23.
80 will appear in Column F ( of row 23.)

The 49th multiple of 7, 343 appears in Column A of row 98.
344 appears in Column B of row 99.
345 appears in Column D of row 99.

a) 80 = 7 × 11 + 3 => Column F
b) For column D, (7n - 3) ÷ 2
Hence, (7 × 99 - 3) ÷ 2 = 345
