I do not understand why deduct 1 unit (from goldfish total) may I know how to explain on this?

Oh! That 1 unit represents 1/4 of the total goldfishes at first that was sold. :) Since that 1/4 was sold, I had to deduct it away from 348 fishes. :)

Let the initial goldfish be 4u so that 1u (25% sold) and left with 3u
