3 days use 1/5 of her bag. So at end of 9 days, use 3/5 of the bag. She has 2/5 left which equal 36kg. Means that 1/5 = 18kg.

2/4 boys equal to 2/3 girls. Make the numerator the same. The equal is talking about Numerator. Hence total boys is 4u while girls is 3u

How do you know that the sun is 6 and the candle is 1...

Find the SUM of a sun and a candle... You will not be able to find the values of a sun or a candle individually.

Anand Liverpudlian

Its clear sum of sun n candle is 7. Indi value does not matter. So tel is 13....

Group the pictures in the first equation. There will be 4 groups of a candle and a sun. Hence each group of sun + candle is 7. So telephone has to be 13.

Sun +candle is 28/4 =7 telephone is 13

Always better to show like Eva ong . BUT. You must allow time so she can understand at her own. Her face must start to smile .. Then you know she knows. Let her draw the draw the problem...only time ... Can also use coloured blocks as objects...
