First step: increased by 20% means now, she KS at 120% = 66kg. For (a), Find 1% = ?kg. Then find 100% = [?]kg. (b) Now, her mass is 100% = 66kg. Find (100 - 15)% = [?]kg. (c) Take (new mass)/(original mass) x 100%
