$0.40 net enough to buy a $0.50 stamp. Hence biggest possible amount of $0.50 stamps he can buy is $33 / $0.5 = 66

$33.40 if divided by 50cents will give you 66 remainder 40 cents.. Aishwarya Karthik...
So maximum of 50cents stamp is 66...the remaining 40cents will buy you TWO 20cents stamp..
