Given total voltage is12V, find total current in the circuit. Once found, use current divider rule to find current at resistor 40kΩ. Use voltage divider rule to find the voltage at 40kΩ.

Take note voltage at 40kΩ is x 12V. This only applies when all resistors are in parallel to the battery.

Ans:2 IF the number is a multiple of 7, it will be divisable by 21 with no remainder, since 21 is a multiple of 7. So, to make the number a multiple of 7, you add a number to the remainder so that it is divisable by 7. Since the remainder is 12, the closest multiole of 7 is 14. Hence, add 2.

Calling the original number N, N dividing 21 remainder 12 that 21 is a multiple of 7 So, to make that number a multiple of 7, you add a number to the rest so it can be divisible by 7. Since the rest is 12, the divisible number for the closest 7 to 12 is 14. Therefore, add 2. the number to find is N + 2.
