How to solve this question

It's application of pythagoras theorem. Join the centers of the 2 smaller circles. You'll have a right angle triangle with base 6, hyp 6+r and height 12-r. Apply pythagoras and solve, r (radius of smaller circle) is 4. Apply circle formula on the 2 half circles 8pi+18pi=26pi
