If the ans for a) is $64, then $64-$8=$56 So,Joe=$56/2=$28 But, If Tim gives $44 to joe, then original amount of joe will be $20. So just wanted to ask if joe's original amount is $20 or $28

I think joe's original amount should be $20. Thus for b) should be Tim $64 + Joe $20 = $84. What do u think?

Joe's original is $20
